On the call she confirms your details, asks what you most want answered, and may ask for a photo of both palms. If she cannot reach you, she will message instead. She prepares your charts in advance from what you tell her, so your 40 minutes is guidance, not gathering information.
- Have ready before she calls: your date of birth, your time of birth — as exact as you can — your place of birth, and a clear idea of the one thing you most want answered.
- Don’t know your exact birth time — or even your date? Book anyway. Richa Ji can often work the true timing out from photographs of both palms, something few astrologers can do. Send whatever you have; it is never a reason to stay away.
- Need a different time? You can reschedule to another slot. The fee is non-refundable.

Why do I pay before the session?
Because the work starts long before you arrive. Richa Ji calls you personally on WhatsApp from +1 647-615-3666, confirms your details and asks what you most want answered — she may also ask for a photo of both palms. She then draws your chart by hand and works through it in her own time. By the time you sit down she is already prepared, so the 40 minutes is guidance and remedies rather than data collection. That preparation is a full day’s work, which is why the session is paid for when it is booked — and why we cannot offer same-day appointments.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can move your appointment to another available slot. The fee itself is non-refundable.
